Discuse what your ride needs and could have now!| In search of steering wheel cover | | I am looking for a HEATED steering wheel cover. I need it for a standard automobile steering wheel. I have very cold hands in the winter. I found one for a golf cart. Does any one know if that wheel is the same size as a standard auto?
| | Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? | | I feel like this year I got EVERYTHING I wanted and more this year, which is pretty unusual. Not that I have ever complained, because I love all the gifts I received, but this year it seemed like I got literally everything that was on my mini list. I got an amazingly cute pink phone cover, a pair of boots (from Wal-Mart..But I pointed them out to my sister because I really liked them! lol!), a Swedish scarf, an electric blanket, Nicole Richie's "The Truth about Diamonds" (which I really wanted to read), a steering wheel cover and CD holder for my car, and an AmEx gift card. I got everything I wanted! And even some things that I forgot that I wanted & needed! What about you? Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? | |
| | What is the best Dollar Store type thing you have bought recently? | | What is the best new small thing you have bought recently? I'm not asking about expensive things like a new car. I want to hear about small things like a steering wheel cover with a cool design. I don't want to know about a new set of expensive china, but a really cool mixing spoon. I recently found a zip on toilet seat cover at the dollar store. It's great for the winter. It keeps my backside warm when sitting on the cold seat. It has a dog bone design on it and the underside is plastic so the men wont get it stinky when they miss. How about you? What is your cool find?[em]thumbup[/em] | |
| | what kind of car do you have??? | | at least put all the info on it that you know not just the basics lol im a car fanatic and i just like comparing different cars that ppl have. my car is a 93 chevy lumina euro with abs and a dual car radio with 8 speakers but 2 are not working. its an automatic front wheel drive transmition. the engine is a 3.5 liter multiport f1 v6 engine. the car has an interior neon and exterior neon although the exterior is not working at the time, its blue with a red and black trim running around the car,it has a rear wing on the trunk, 1 of the reverse lights are out due to a severely damaged wire the whole rear lighting wiring may have to be redone cause the wires are fragile and rotting away for some reason (possibly chemical damage id figure it was somethin around an oilfield cause it was some1's oilfield car) there is really know interior damage except for the dashboard. there are wires strung throught the car due to all of the altered connections (like the hot wire im using to power the neon) and the stereo's mp3 jack along with the 12 volt hub it has 2 seat covers for the front seats and a steering wheel cover. the ac works great bu i havent tested the heater. | |
| | Have you personalised your car? | | I own a black Ford Ka which is a very popular colour, make and model of car so I felt I needed to make my car look as if it was owned by me. First I added a few bumper stickers on there rear window but I still mistook my son's teacher's car for my own and nearly got in it.[em]blink[/em] Then I added some lovely lilac dice hanging from the rear view mirror and a lilac steering wheel cover but that wasn't a big enough statement. I bought some lilac and purple daisies off the internet and stuck them all over my car now everyone know's it is my car!! Next I am going to get some, yes you guessed it, lilac seat covers. I have got kids and would find them very practical. I have not named my car, it is a car!!Have you done anything to your vehicle that tells everyone who's vehicle it is? Have you given your car a name?throught the car due to all of the altered connections (like the hot wire im using to power the neon) and the stereo's mp3 jack along with the 12 volt hub it has 2 seat covers for the front seats and a steering wheel cover. the ac works great bu i havent tested the heater. | |
| | "Don't-Tell-the-Wife" Secrets All Men Keep | | I was in the ninth grade when I learned a vital lesson about love. My girlfriend at the time, Amy, was stunningly cute, frighteningly smart and armed with a seemingly endless supply of form-fitting angora sweaters. And me? Let's just say I was an adolescent Chris Robinson to her budding Kate Hudson -- and well aware of my good fortune.
Then one day, as we stood in line for a movie at the mall, Simone Shaw, junior high prom queen, sauntered by. Suddenly Amy turned to me. "Were you looking at her?" she asked. "Do you think she's pretty?" My mind reeled. Of course I was looking at her! Of course she was pretty! My God, she was Simone Shaw! I paused for a second, then decided to play it straight. "Well, yeah," I chortled.
Five days later our breakup hit the tabloids (a.k.a. the lunchroom).
There comes a time in every man's life when he discovers the value of hiding the grosser parts of his nature. He starts reciting the sweet nothings you long to hear: "No, honey, I play golf for the exercise." "No, honey, I think you're a great driver." "No, honey, I wasn't looking at that coed washing the car in the rain." We're not lying, exactly. We're just making things...easier. But Glenn...
